Do I need any experience to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

None at all. Most of our students begin with zero experience. Every class is structured so complete beginners can follow along safely and comfortably.

Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu safe for kids?

Yes. Our kids classes are taught in a safe, respectful, supervised environment with age-appropriate techniques, building confidence, discipline and anti-bullying skills.

Am I too old or out of shape to train BJJ?

Not at all. Students of many ages and fitness levels train with us, including complete beginners over 30 and 40. You go at your own pace and your fitness improves over time.
